Dark Roast with Tasting Notes of Black Cherry and Dark Chocolate
This coffee is grown in Esmeralda, Mexico and is made up of Castillo, Catimor, and Typica varietals. These beans are soaked in Ethyl Acetate which bonds to the caffeine molecules and breaks them away from the beans. This darker roast version of our Sugar Cane Decaf has notes of Dark chocolate and black cherry.
