The Sugar Cane decaffeination process breaks down the caffeine molecules by using a combination of acetic acid and enzymes derived from sugar cane molasses, leaving it 97% caffeine free. This darker roasted version of the Sugar Cane retains the sweet cup with added body and intensity.
