Ethiopian Ardi Natural
Ardi is named after the oldest human skeleton ever found (4.4 million years old). This natural processed coffee is grown in the Guji region of Sidama by a group of about 90 farmers. Drying coffee cherries in the fruit brings a wonderful fruitiness to the coffee. A very complex cup Ardi is a result of a combination of high altitude conditions and drying techniques leading to a uniquely sweet tasting notes of grape, chocolate and red apple.
