This coffee is grown by 488 farmers in Fraylesca between the flatlands of the Central Depression of Chiapas and the peaks of the Sierra Madre Mountain chain. This coffee is hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried on patios. It contains Typica, Red and Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Caturra, and Marsellesa. We roasted this coffee to bring out a strong milk chocolate base, nutty almonds, and a delicate acidity of dried fruits.
If you like this, try our Guatemalan and Colombian roasts!
