Peru Estrella Divina
This lot is grown by 16 small holders with an average farm size of 1-3 hectares living near La Coipa in northern Peru. The coffees chosen for this lot fit into a taste profile that they refer to as ‘Fruta Madura’ which is fruit forward, sweet and complex. In order to support quality, the farmers receive training on good agricultural practices and post-harvest techniques as well as quality assessments, market access and financing.
