Décaféiné à torréfaction moyenne avec des notes de dégustation de fruits tropicaux et d'agrumes crémeux
Ce café est cultivé à Esmeralda, au Mexique et est composé de cépages Castillo, Catimor et Typica. Ces grains sont imbibés d'acétate d'éthyle qui se lie aux molécules de caféine et les sépare des grains. Nous avons torréfié ce café à température moyenne pour faire ressortir des notes de fruits tropicaux et un corps crémeux.
Il s'agit d'une version à torréfaction moyenne de notre Darkside Decaf.
