This coffee is imported from the region of La Paz in Honduras. Bryan's has been experimenting with different varietals for a number of years, when the family switched their focus from mass produced coffees to specialty coffees and more sustainable practices. While there were a lot of unknowns steering their focus to specialty coffee, their hard work is paying off and their farm is producing coffees with high cupping scores.
