Java Blend & JD Shore Espresso Martini - Ingredients Recipe
1 Part Java Blend Aztec Coffee
Brew coffee the way you like it at home. You can use any type of
coffee brewing tool you have at home: espresso machine, French Press, Drip
Coffee, Pour-Over, Moka pot, Chemex, V60, Aeropress, etc.
1 Part JD Shore rum cream
Rim: 2 tbsp sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Garnish: 3 whole Java Blend coffee beans
Preparation:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Rim martini glass with fresh lemon juice, and dip into mixture of 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Add 1 Part JD Shore rum cream and 1 Part Java Blend Aztec Coffee into shaker
- Shake well to get the foam on top, about 10 seconds
- Strain it into a cocktail or martini glass
- Garnish by placing three coffee beans on top and lemon zest twist
